What you'll do
- •Own GTM strategy and execution for priority products and audiences, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning that drives measurable adoption.
- •Lead cross-functional launches with Product, BD, CDP, DevRel, Comms, Legal, and Compliance, translating complex technical capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with developers and builders.
- •Drive marketing operations for the team, including planning, prioritization, process design, and the operating cadence that keeps a fast-moving team delivering on time.
- •Manage a team of up to 2 PMMs in a player-coach capacity, setting quality standards for storytelling and GTM execution while personally owning key workstreams.
- •Shape Base's global events strategy and deliver end-to-end event presence, from flagship conferences to owned activations including Base Batches.
- •Define and report on launch performance, adoption, pipeline influence, and partner amplification metrics, optimizing against them to inform ongoing strategy.
Conditions
- •Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
- •Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $205,785 — $242,100 USD.
