Must have
- •6+ years in Account Management / KAM / BD
- •Experience specifically in FinTech / Payments / Crypto, experience with crypto is mandatory
- •2+ years in a leadership role
- •Managing a team of 3+ KAMs
- •Experience building KAM processes: segmentation, JBP/account plans, QBR, portfolio reviews
- •Strong commercial focus: upsell, cross-sell, growth in processing volume / Share of Wallet
- •Specific results in revenue growth of the existing portfolio
- •Understanding of payment rails, merchant lifecycle, and processing economics
- •Russian
- •English at B2
