Head of Ad Infrastructure & Account Operations

Sunshine Group is looking for a Head of Ad Infrastructure & Account Operations to manage advertising accounts and infrastructure for an AI performance marketing project in Astana. We are an international group of companies, Sunshine Group. We are currently looking for a Head of Ad Infrastructure & Account Operations for our new project in Astana (resident of Astana Hub). We are building an AI platform for performance marketing in e-commerce.

• •Maintain a pool of proxies (mobile/residential): IP cleanliness and reputation, rotation, account-IP binding.
• •Manage a pool of mobile numbers for registration/verification/2FA: sources, accounting, reuse.
• •Maintain a reserve of 'green' accounts on each platform; ensure the pool does not fall below the norm.
• •Respond promptly to warnings/bans per SLA.
• •Account warming and proper isolation: reduce ban rate before bans occur.
• •Support anti-detect (Dolphin Anty / AdsPower-class) + proxies + at scale, device farm/cloud phones as a regulated process.
• •Ensure compliance: checklist compliance with platform policies before launch.
• •Manage the economics of the direction: accounting for costs (accounts, proxies, numbers, anti-detect, farm, tracker) and efficiency — cost of a working account, share of infrastructure costs in traffic, budget of pools.
