What you'll do
- •Own the full-cycle sales and business development process, from lead generation and identifying new business opportunities to building long-term relationships with key partners and driving company growth.
- •Drive growth within existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and partnership expansion initiatives.
- •Build and execute account development plans focused on revenue growth and sustainable business impact.
- •Act as a trusted commercial partner for clients, understanding their business needs and priorities.
- •Negotiate commercial terms, partnership models, and growth opportunities with operators and strategic partners.
- •Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- •Monitor account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take proactive action to improve results.
- •Prepare business reviews, forecasts, partnership proposals, and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- •Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to strengthen market presence.
- •Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
- •Lead and develop the Business Development team, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
- •Support the broader business development strategy by contributing insights, ideas, and best practices.
