In addition to media activities, the project has its own commercial ecosystem working with leading iGaming partners. The business is currently in an active scaling phase and is seeking a leader who can build the commercial direction almost from scratch.
What you'll do
- ā¢Lead the commercial block (Sales, Account Management, VIP Account Management, Customer Support).
- ā¢Build and implement CRM, KPI, reporting, and commercial processes.
- ā¢Personally negotiate with major partners and conclude long-term contracts.
- ā¢Develop new partnerships and scale the commercial structure.
- ā¢Manage the team and establish interaction between departments.
