Head of FD

Looking for a Head of FD for an in-house product related to gambling. Remote position with a salary of $850 plus bonuses, total income from $2000.

• •Manage the FD department: distribute leads, control shift coverage, online presence, and discipline.
• •Handle the funnel from lead to first deposit and work daily on conversion growth.
• •Control the quality of processing: analyze dialogues, errors, and manager performance.
• •Develop and improve scripts, offers, and objection handling.
• •Maintain order in CRM: ensure current statuses, and absence of overdue and unprocessed leads.
• •Collaborate with HR to hire, adapt, and train new employees.
• •Bring newcomers up to plan and manage turnover.
• •Expand the department from 4 people to the necessary size.
• •Provide daily updates to the supervisor on the funnel, tasks, and issues.
• •Interact with traffic, retention, and payment departments.
• •Motivate the team, work with underperformers, and conduct rotations if necessary.

• •Fixed salary of $850 + bonuses. Total income from $2000 upon meeting the plan.
• •Payments in USDT twice a month — on the 1st and 15th.
• •Official registration is not provided, with an NDA signing required.
• •Must have a personal computer or laptop and stable internet.
• •Must be ready for a full shift from 07:00 to 19:00 MSK.

• •Experience in the affiliate sector is mandatory.
• •Experience managing a sales department for 1-2 years.
• •Experience managing a team of at least 5 people directly.
• •Practical experience in hiring and adaptation: independently assembled a team, brought newcomers up to plan, managed turnover.
• •Proficient in CRM is essential.
• •Experience with Chatterfy is a strong advantage.
• •Experience working in the CIS markets is a plus.
• •Fluent in Russian.
• •Knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage; English is not required.
