Responsibilities

- •Study the market and propose optimal jurisdictions at all stages, starting from analysis, registration, and management of legal entities in accordance with local jurisdiction requirements and international rules.
- •Ensure legal support for transactions.
- •Build a legal strategy for business protection.
- •Interact with financial specialists for comprehensive assessment of solutions considering all financial, legal, and tax nuances.
- •Lead the team, including recruitment and task assignment.
Conditions
- •Position level: Senior / Head-level.
- •Salary: discussed individually (adjustments possible depending on the candidate's expertise).

- •Hiring format and additional options (including options for different jurisdictions) are considered individually.
Requirements
- •At least 7 years of experience in corporate and international law.
- •No less than 3 years of continuous work at one place (frequent job changes are not considered).
- •Practical experience in a holding or group of companies with multiple jurisdictions simultaneously (not sequential work in different projects, but simultaneous support of several companies in different countries).
- •Confident knowledge of corporate law, skills in structuring transactions between companies of different jurisdictions.
- •Working level of English (oral and written).
- •Understanding of basic principles of tax law and ability to find relevant tax information for joint decisions with finance.
- •Ability to propose proactive solutions and build processes, not just react to requests.
- •Experience working with IT companies and Skolkovo residents (understanding of specifics is desirable).
- •Experience in fintech, payment solutions, or working with international marketplaces will be a plus.
- •Experience in legal consulting (additional plus, but operational experience in business is mandatory).
