Head of Operations

We are looking for a Head of Operations to build scalable operational processes and ensure business transparency across the company.

• •Own operational reporting, including client-level P&L transparency and other key business metrics
• •Manage relationships with corporate service providers in Cyprus and BVI
• •Drive process automation and operational excellence, including supporting SOC 2 compliance initiatives
• •Lead the Operations function, with a Legal Counsel and Operations Specialist as direct reports, and help onboard a Finance Manager responsible for management reporting
• •Partner closely with founders to improve operational efficiency and support business growth

• •5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, COO Office, Finance Operations, or a similar leadership role
• •Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, including P&L analysis and KPI management
• •Experience building and improving operational processes and implementing automation
• •Experience working with legal, finance, and external corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions
• •Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• •Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
• •Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto is a strong advantage
• •Experience supporting fundraising activities, investor due diligence, data room preparation, and investment rounds would be a strong advantage
• •Fluent English
