We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Payments to lead and optimize the company’s global payment business across our iGaming platform.

• •Develop and execute the company’s global payments strategy aligned with business objectives in close cooperation with company leadership and strategy team.
• •Manage the end-to-end payment ecosystem, including deposits, withdrawals, payment routing, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
• •Establish, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, payment gateways, payment aggregators, payment facilitators, and alternative payment method providers.
• •Lead the process of new payment solutions identification and onboarding to improve customer payment success rates and geographic coverage.
• •Monitor payment performance, authorization rates, conversion rates, transaction costs, and payment acceptance across multiple markets.
• •Optimize payment flows to maximize approval rates while minimizing payment costs and fraud exposure.
• •Lead initiatives to improve customer payment experience through innovation and automation.
• •Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Fraud Prevention, and Technology teams to ensure seamless payment operations.
• •Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
• •Monitor payment industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and new payment methods relevant to the iGaming industry.
• •Drive vendor performance management through KPIs, SLAs, and regular business reviews.
• •Analyze payment data and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• •Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing payments team.
