• •Lead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount forecasts with business plans, market trends, and organizational goals
• •Develop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions
• •Design and manage headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity, process volumes, and service levels
• •Build tools and processes to monitor employee workload, productivity, and utilization across teams
• •Deliver insights on resource efficiency to support data-driven staffing and budgeting decisions
• •Assess organizational structure effectiveness, identifying improvement areas and recommending optimal team configurations
• •Partner with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design, budgeting, and transformation projects
• •Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and contribute to company-wide performance reviews
• •Build and mentor a team of analysts and ensure high-quality delivery, methodology consistency, and stakeholder collaboration
