• •Payment Processing & Reconciliation:
• •Process and monitor daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
• •Fraud Prevention & Risk Management:
• •Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and implement fraud prevention measures.
• •Assist in chargeback and dispute resolution processes.
• •Work with risk management teams to enhance security protocols.
• •Payment Systems & Provider Coordination:
• •Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and banks.
• •Support integration and testing of new payment methods and gateways.
• •Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
• •Assist customers with payment-related inquiries and escalations.
• •Investigate and resolve payment failures and processing errors.
• •Provide insights to improve payment flow and user experience.

• •Experience in working with PSPs, chargebacks, and fraud detection systems.
• •Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and online payment flows.
• •Familiarity with AML, KYC, PCI DSS, and compliance regulations.
• •Experience in fraud detection, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.
• •Proficiency in using payment monitoring and reconciliation tools.
• •Analytical skills for identifying trends and improving payment processes.
