Overview
Tools for Humanity is seeking a Head of Product for their Device team to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware products that power the World network, focusing on user needs and operational realities. Tools for Humanity (TFH) designs and builds the technology behind World, a global human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. World aims to provide a trusted way for people, institutions, and applications to confirm real human identity while preserving privacy. This is achieved through the Orb for verification, World ID for private proof, and World App for user access, adding a human layer to the AI-driven internet. World operates globally, with over 17 million people across 160 countries verified with World ID, and World App being among the most used wallets globally. Founded in 2019, TFH has over 400 employees across hardware, software, AI, cryptography, mobile engineering, and global operations, backed by leading investors like a16z and Khosla Ventures. The Device organization is responsible for designing, building, manufacturing, and operating the hardware products that power the World network. The Device Product team defines what TFH builds and why, translating company strategy, user needs, operational realities, and technical constraints into a clear product direction, partnering closely with UX Design and Industrial Design.
