Head of Product Research

We are looking for a Head of Product Research to build a strong research function in an international iGaming company, transforming research into a key decision-making tool.

• •Formulate the strategy for the development of the research direction and build the research function.
• •Develop methodology, standards, processes, and tools for Research Ops.
• •Manage the team, develop expertise, and scale the direction.
• •Turn research results into product hypotheses, MVPs, and new business solutions.
• •Implement metrics for research effectiveness and present results to C-level.
• •Foster a culture of decision-making based on research throughout the company.

• •Experience working at the intersection of product, marketing, analytics, and strategy.
• •Proficient in English at B2 level or higher.
• •Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
