Overview
ICON Finance is seeking a Head of Sales to build and scale sales operations from scratch in a remote full-time role. Competitive salary and benefits offered. ICON Finance is a B2B financial service: OTC, wire transfers, crypto-fiat operations. We are growing rapidly and looking for someone to build sales from scratch, sell personally, and eventually create a team to do the same.
Responsibilities
- โขMonths 1โ6 (Operational Phase):
- โขFull audit of current sales state: conversion, average check, bottlenecks โ documented and presented to CEO
- โขDefine ICP and outbound strategy from scratch
- โขPersonal pipeline: outreach, discovery calls, commercial proposals, closing (initially done personally)
- โขWork with objections in real negotiations
- โขIdentify upsell opportunities with existing clients
- โขClean handover of clients to Operations after closing โ without loss of information
- โขCoordination with Legal/Compliance and Finance
- โขTransfer insights from clients to Product
- โขMonths 6โ12 (Scaling Phase):
- โขHire and develop 2โ3 sales managers (hunters and farmers)
- โขCreate sales playbook: qualification logic, scripts, deal stages, work with objections
- โขDevelop partnership and agency channels for acquisition
- โขSustainable, predictable pipeline with regular reporting to CEO
How Results Will Be Measured
- โขMain metric - profit per deal and growth of B2B client base, not turnover. Specific targets agreed at the start.
- โขLeading indicators: number of discovery calls per week, volume of active pipeline ($), outreach contacts per week.
- โขFinal indicators: new B2B clients per month, closed deals, average check (goal: $50K+), margin per deal (%), team plan fulfillment (%) โ after hiring.
Conditions
- โขWork format: full-time, fully remote. No micromanagement โ you are responsible for results, not hours.
- โขSalary: $2,000 โ $3,000 / month (depending on experience)
- โขBonus: tied to results (agreed at the start)
- โขProbation period: 3 months
- โขVacation: flexible system โ +5 days each quarter, up to 20 days available at any time, unused days carry over.
- โขSick leave - unlimited, no questions for the first 5 days.
- โขTraining: 50% of course costs compensated by the company by default, up to 100% with a business case. Internal training fully covered.
- โขWorkspace: coworking compensation up to 200 USDT per month โ submit a receipt, receive with salary.
- โขBusiness trips: economy class flights, comfortable accommodation, per diem of 40 EUR per day.
- โขBonuses: birthday bonus (automatically, depends on grade), work anniversary bonus (increases each year).

Requirements
- โข3โ5+ years in B2B sales, Senior level with personal deal closure, not just team management
- โขExperience building a sales funnel from scratch - without ready infrastructure, warm leads, or scripts
- โขExperience managing a team of sales managers
- โขUnderstanding of the fintech/crypto market at the product level: OTC, wire, crypto-fiat
- โขExperience with AI tools in daily processes (ChatGPT, Claude, AI CRM, etc.)
- โขStrong negotiation skills, experience with large checks ($50K+ per deal)
- โขIndependence - set tasks for yourself, do not wait for micromanagement
- โขEnglish B2+ (written and spoken, for client work)
