Head of Traffic Acquisition Department FB (Gambling / Online Casino)

We are expanding our Facebook direction and looking for a Head with strong practical experience in traffic acquisition.

• •Ensure the effectiveness of the buying team, set goals and KPIs, analyze results.
• •Control lead costs, number of first deposits, ROI, conversion, and volumes.
• •Formulate testing strategies for combinations/geos and increase volumes without losing profitability.
• •Participate in hiring and onboarding new buyers.
• •Build a system for testing new hypotheses.
• •Standardize analytics and reporting.
• •Control the distribution of advertising budgets.
• •Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that hinder volume and profit growth.

• •Fixed salary + percentage of profit.
