We are looking for a Head of VIP with at least 2 years of experience in iGaming, including 1 year in a leadership role, to manage and develop our VIP Management direction. We are creating a limitless ecosystem where every player gets everything they want: sports betting, live broadcasts, mini-games, and large-scale giveaways. What you'll do
- ā¢Manage and develop the VIP Management direction.
- ā¢Lead the team of VIP managers: set tasks, develop employees, conduct 1:1 meetings, control quality of work, and achieve KPIs.
- ā¢Develop strategies for retaining and developing VIP players.
- ā¢Build and improve VIP management processes.
- ā¢Develop and optimize bonus programs, personalized offers, and loyalty programs.
- ā¢Control the quality of service for VIP players and enhance customer service.
- ā¢Analyze player behavior, segment the client base, and forecast activity.
- ā¢Monitor key business metrics (Retention, GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, ROI, etc.).
- ā¢Manage the budget for VIP programs and assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
- ā¢Identify churn risks and develop retention strategies.
- ā¢Prepare analytical reports and present results to management.
- ā¢Collaborate with CRM, Product, Marketing, Payments, Risk, and other teams to develop the VIP direction.
