What you'll do

  • Support hospitality operations before, during, and after events, helping ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with guest communications through WhatsApp, email, and phone, providing timely support throughout the customer journey.
  • Support guest registrations, accreditation, ticketing, invitations, and hospitality logistics.
  • Maintain operational trackers, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and event documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support administrative activities related to hospitality projects, including purchase requests, payment follow-up, invoice tracking and validation, and internal documentation.
  • Assist with inventory control of hospitality materials, gifts, and branded items, ensuring accurate records and availability.
  • Support internal stakeholders with hospitality-related requests and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Assist in post-event activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and operational follow-up.
  • Contribute ideas to improve administrative processes, operational organization, and the overall guest experience.
  • Help ensure premium service standards are consistently delivered across all hospitality initiatives.
