Join our international financial project in crypto-lending as an HR Manager/Recruiter in Paphos, Cyprus. Lead recruitment processes and support employees within the company. We are an international financial project in the field of crypto-lending. We are currently strengthening our HR team and looking for an HR who can not only find people but also support employees within the company.
Recruitment
- •Independently manage the full recruitment cycle: search → interview → assessment → offer → onboarding.
- •Primarily close administrative and managerial positions:
- •contact center and collections supervisors;
- •heads of contact centers and collections;
- •marketers;
- •analysts;
- •other specialists and managers.
- •Work with various search channels and independently find candidates.
- •Interact with managers to identify vacancy needs.
- •Control closing timelines and manage the candidate funnel.
HR Function
- •Support employees after they join the company.
- •Conduct meetings and gather feedback from the team.
- •Participate in the onboarding of new employees.
- •Work on retention and reasons for turnover.
- •Maintain and update HR data.
- •Generate regular personnel reports.
- •Monitor key HR metrics and timely highlight problem areas.
Conditions
- •Office work in Paphos.
- •Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
