What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Serve as a trusted People partner, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on people-related policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with the People team to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal HR processes.
  • Support and execute a wide range of People initiatives, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, HR operations, reporting, and employee engagement programs.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and HR technology, bringing new ideas to improve how we work.
  • Drive continuous improvement of People processes, systems, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and the overall employee experience.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Game, Web3, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance recruiting, HR processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Curious about emerging HR technologies and proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency through automation and AI.
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
