• •Basic personnel administration (tax forms, offer forms, health insurance, termination documents, etc.)
• •Ensure upkeep of data related to employee paid time off and leaves of absences
• •Assist HR Managers in gathering data for weekly/monthly/annual KPIs
• •Manage the full process of Employment Licenses for employees
• •Suggest and discuss improvements to current systems and processes
• •Support employee benefit programs and annual open enrollment processes
• •Maintenance of employee information in multiple HR data systems
• •Understand payroll basics and support HR Manager on payroll systems
• •Organize both hard and soft documents and files
• •Keep all documentation up to date
• •Support employees, field questions, and escalate as necessary
• •Assist in HR Department ad hoc projects
• •Assist in Generalist and Talent Acquisition duties in team member absence
