What you'll do
- โขProcess inbound leads from website forms, chatbots, email, and other channels
- โขQualify prospects based on business needs, budget, geography, licensing status, and project stage
- โขGather and verify client information, including company details, target markets, and technical requirements
- โขConduct initial communication via chat, messengers, and email
- โขManage follow-up activities and maintain engagement with prospects
- โขMaintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
- โขSchedule meetings and transfer qualified opportunities to Sales Closers
- โขSupport lead conversion goals and maintain high response standards
