What you'll do

  • โ€ขProcess inbound leads from website forms, chatbots, email, and other channels
  • โ€ขQualify prospects based on business needs, budget, geography, licensing status, and project stage
  • โ€ขGather and verify client information, including company details, target markets, and technical requirements
  • โ€ขConduct initial communication via chat, messengers, and email
  • โ€ขManage follow-up activities and maintain engagement with prospects
  • โ€ขMaintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
  • โ€ขSchedule meetings and transfer qualified opportunities to Sales Closers
  • โ€ขSupport lead conversion goals and maintain high response standards
