Influence Manager

We are looking for an experienced Influence Manager to develop online content and work directly with talented streamers on Kick and YouTube in the CIS segment.

• •Search, attract, and manage streamers — from initial contact to contract signing.
• •Market analysis: identifying growing niches, untapped segments, and opportunities to outpace competitors.
• •Conduct negotiations, form cooperation terms, and handle objections.
• •Onboard new streamers: explain requirements, coordinate with the operations team.
• •Monitor metrics: views, engagement, and KPI fulfillment for each streamer.
• •Work with creative proposals: generate ideas and implement them with the team, introduce new formats, collaborations, and audience retention mechanics.
• •Plan and organize online and offline projects from A to Z.

• •Excellent understanding of streaming culture, experience with Kick and YouTube platforms, knowledge of casino streaming specifics is a plus.
