Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead Retention to develop CRM strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize player retention in the iGaming sector.

Responsibilities

  • β€’Develop CRM strategy: segmentation, player life cycles, trigger and mass chains.
  • β€’Plan and launch CRM campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, Telegram, in-app).
  • β€’Build and optimize regular flows: onboarding, reactivation, churn-prevention, VIP/Pre-VIP, LTV growth.
  • β€’Manage bonus-promo mechanics with Bonus/Promo: math, targeting, KPI.
  • β€’Create and maintain a CRM content calendar + a unified test calendar.
  • β€’CRM analytics: set metrics and monitor RR, DAU, CRβ†’dep1-dep5, BR, Bonus ROI, OR/CTR.
  • β€’Hypotheses and A/B tests: formation, launch, analysis.
  • β€’Manage channel deliverability: domains, reputation, infrastructure with Tech.
  • β€’Coordinate work with design, copywriters, BI, tech team.
  • β€’Regular reporting on CRM effectiveness and optimization proposals.

Requirements

  • β€’Experience in CRM in iGaming.
  • β€’Experience working with tier 2, tier 3 geo.
  • β€’Strong product logic: understanding of LTV, retention, behavioral analytics.
  • β€’Knowledge of CRM platforms (Customer.io / others).
  • β€’Ability to work with data.
  • β€’Skills in hypothesis building, A/B testing, analysis.
  • β€’Systematic approach, quick decision-making, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
