What you'll do
Your influential mission. You will...
- •Develop and maintain the Infrastructure Core services catalog, service documentation standards, and operational governance documentation.
- •Analyze, design, and improve operational processes across Infrastructure Core teams.
- •Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, driving actions through to completion.
- •Design and establish new operational processes where no formal process currently exists.
- •Promote consistency, transparency, governance standards, and best practices across infrastructure operations.
- •Develop reporting and tracking mechanisms to support process performance and operational visibility.
- •Collaborate with Infrastructure Managers, Technical Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders across the organization.
- •Establish and improve service ownership, accountability, and lifecycle management practices across Infrastructure Core services while facilitating cross-team alignment on governance and operational responsibilities.
- •Support audit, compliance, and governance initiatives by maintaining effective processes, controls, and documentation.
