What you'll do
- •Support the planning, organization, and development of the SG-SST.
- •Participate in periodic evaluations of the system under the regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
- •Assist in the preparation of the annual SST work plan for review.
- •Support the monitoring of key indicators and execution of resources assigned to the SST plan.
- •Encourage and accompany employee participation in SG-SST activities.
- •Prepare support materials for training, promotional campaigns, and inductions.
- •Assist in training workers, contractors, and visitors on associated risks and preventive measures.
- •Contribute to the dissemination and understanding of the occupational health and safety policy at all organizational levels.
- •Participate in the Incident and Accident Investigation Team, supporting Root Cause Analysis and corrective action plans.
- •Support document management and administration of physical and digital records of SG-SST.
