What you'll do
Manage and review international tax compliance engagements for U.S.-based clients with foreign operations.
Review U.S. international information returns, including
- •Forms 5471
- •Forms 8858
- •Forms 8865
- •Other international reporting requirements
Research and analyze international tax issues involving cross-border transactions, foreign entities, tax treaties, and global business structures. Coordinate U.S. tax requirements with foreign jurisdiction tax considerations. Support clients with international tax planning and consulting projects. Review work prepared by Associates and Seniors and provide technical guidance and coaching. Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality client service. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact. Stay current on changes in U.S. international tax legislation and regulations. Collaborate with team members across the United States and internationally to deliver integrated client solutions. Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the International Tax practice.
