Internet Reputation Management Specialist (SERM / ORM)

A large tech project in the cryptocurrency and digital assets sector is seeking an Internet Reputation Management Specialist to handle reputation monitoring and management.

• •Daily monitoring of project mentions online: search engines, review sites, forums, social networks, Telegram, crypto and fintech platforms.
• •Search for new mentions and potential sources of reputational risks.
• •Work with reviews and comments, prepare and publish official responses.
• •Promptly address negative mentions and controversial situations.
• •Identify information attacks, fake reviews, and organized negativity.
• •SERM: manage search results for brand-related queries.
• •Increase the share of positive and neutral materials in search results.
• •Place and promote reputational materials on relevant platforms.
• •Interact with resource administrations regarding false information and materials that violate platform rules.
• •Analyze competitors' reputational activities.
• •Prepare regular analytics on the state of the reputation field.

• •Remote work format.
• •Must be regularly available and respond promptly to critical situations.
• •Access to sensitive information is required, thus confidentiality and adherence to NDA are mandatory conditions of cooperation.

• •Practical experience in SERM / ORM / Reputation Management.
• •Understanding of reputation specifics in crypto / fintech / financial services / IT is a significant advantage.
• •Ability to work with Google and Yandex, review sites, forums, Telegram, and social networks.
• •Understanding of SEO principles and search result formation.
• •Experience dealing with negativity and crisis situations.
• •Ability to distinguish real user complaints from fake reviews, information attacks, or targeted discrediting.
• •Proficient Russian language and ability to adapt communication for different platforms and audiences.
