Looking for a strong Streamer/Influencer Lead Manager for an international iGaming brand to develop influencer and streamer direction and potentially lead a team.
Responsibilities
- •Search and attract streamers, bloggers, influencers, and agencies;
- •Launch integrations on YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and other platforms;
- •Manage the full cycle: from search and negotiations to launch and results analysis;
- •Develop advertising and streaming formats for Casino & Betting;
- •Analyze registrations, FTD, deposits, CPA, ROI, and player quality;
- •Test new platforms, formats, and hypotheses;
- •Optimize conditions and scale successful integrations;
- •Participate in developing influencer strategy for various GEOs;
- •In the future, build the influencer direction and team under yourself.
Conditions
- •Full-time, fully remote;
- •Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 Cyprus time;
- •Fixed part + KPI;
- •Possibility of employment for staff in Cyprus;

Requirements
- •Experience working with streamers/influencers in iGaming;
- •Proven cases of successful launches and scaling;
- •Understanding of the funnel: views → clicks → registrations → deposits;
- •Ability to assess the commercial effectiveness of integrations, not just reach;
- •Experience negotiating with bloggers, streamers, and agencies;
- •Understanding of Fix, CPA, Hybrid, RevShare models;
- •Strong analytical skills and independence;
- •Russian - fluent, English - for negotiations and business correspondence.
