Join Pink Elephant as an IT Operations Specialist to manage technical admin tasks and support small discovery projects in mental wellness. We're a venture builder in mental wellness (media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine). We're looking for someone to own all of our technical admin and help launch small discovery projects.
What you'll do
- •domains, DNS, Cloudflare, SSL
- •access management & on/offboarding across GitHub, Google Workspace, DigitalOcean
- •billing and payment settings in SaaS services
- •deploying prototypes and MVPs: repo → GitHub Actions → domain → live
Who we need
- •a "technical person for everything" from a startup or agency background.
- •Independent, careful with access and production, able to figure out any unfamiliar service and see it through.
What we don't expect
- •being a senior engineer or building enterprise infrastructure. This role is about speed and reliability, not architecture.
