What you'll do
- β’Project and task planning for a DevOps / Infrastructure team β scope, timelines, resources;
- β’Organization of the project delivery process within the Infrastructure / DevOps team β setting up workflows and monitoring execution within agreed scope and deadlines;
- β’Planning and coordination of infrastructure-related initiatives, technical improvements, and launches of complex features in collaboration with development and DevOps teams;
- β’Risk identification and management across infrastructure, platform, and product-related projects and tasks;
- β’Backlog management for technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and internal platform tasks β organizing priorities and monitoring progress;
- β’Incident management β organizing the teamβs work on production incidents and ensuring resolution within SLA;
- β’Maintaining up-to-date task information in Jira;
- β’Workflow setup within the team (development, testing, infrastructure changes, and requirements management);
- β’Facilitation of meetings and Scrum/Kanban activities within the team; effective collaboration with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams on cross-functional tasks;
- β’Reporting on sprints and projects and managing stakeholder expectations;
- β’Identifying process issues within the team, addressing them, and working on improving team efficiency;
- β’Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution faced by the team;
- β’People management β team motivation and building effective collaboration;
- β’Time tracking control and timesheet approval;
- β’Proposals for process improvement and optimization within the company.
