- •Develop and support Jira Automation rules
- •Work with scripts, REST API, JSON structures, and integrations with external systems
- •Set up integration between Jira and other internal and external services
- •Participate in the development of business and system requirements
- •Analyze current processes and seek optimization opportunities
- •Support users: incident handling, consultations, assistance with Jira and Confluence
- •Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics in Jira and eazyBI
- •Ensure data accuracy, workflow, and automations
- •Explore new opportunities in the Atlassian stack, Jira Marketplace apps, and assess their applicability for company tasks
- •Maintain documentation on settings, processes, and changes in Jira/Confluence
