- ā¢Prepare and launch CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite, Inbox)
- ā¢Create player segments and assist with lifecycle campaigns
- ā¢Configure, test, and monitor CRM campaigns
- ā¢Prepare reports and analyze campaign performance
- ā¢Coordinate with Product, Design, Support, Payments, Risk, VIP, and Copywriting teams
- ā¢Help improve CRM automation, player engagement, and retention
