Junior Data Analyst

Skyeng is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to work in Innopolis, focusing on data analysis and reporting. Skyeng is a company that focuses on educational technologies and aims to improve the learning experience for students.

🔹 Your tasks

• •Identify the needs of internal customers and independently initiate analytical tasks and recommendations.
• •Work with the data warehouse: write optimal views, implement and maintain business logic, participate in refactoring, and ensure data quality.
• •Build regular reports and prepare one-off exports upon business requests.
• •Refactor and systematize regular reporting: optimize, update, and develop it with a deep understanding of context and business processes.
• •Work with the Happy Customer and Quality directions: analyze lesson quality and communications with clients, operator task completion, NPS and CSAT growth, increase loyalty and retention of students, reduce returns and incident costs.
• •Support the WFM direction: assist in forecasting and planning workforce for handling all customer requests.
• •Work with existing metrics and create new ones.
• •Consult customers on reporting, metrics, and analytical conclusions.
• •Keep documentation up to date.
