What you'll do

- •Support multiple projects and integrations across production and staging environments
- •Test mobile and desktop web applications (functional and non‑functional)
- •Verify production configurations and troubleshoot live issues
- •Assist with integrations and UAT processes for new brands
- •Create complex configurations via internal backend systems
- •Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
- •Report and track defects in JIRA and other bug‑tracking tools
- •Help maintain test environments (servers, microservices, databases, deployments)
- •Create and execute test plans for projects
- •Participate in sprints to ensure development goals are met
- •Support production major and maintenance releases
