Responsibilities
- •Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within our ATS and other platforms, and generate essential reports.
- •Support the team in ensuring all recruitment processes are correctly followed, flagging deviations, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
- •Assist in the maintenance and basic alignment of our ATS and other recruitment tools to user needs.
- •Design and implement initiatives that proactively enhance the candidate journey, from initial outreach through onboarding.
- •Partner with stakeholders to strategically align recruitment efforts with overarching business objectives and workforce planning.

Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
