Responsibilities
- β’Team Leadership & Ownership: Lead, mentor, and grow the OA team. Optimize daily administrative processes and establish efficient workplace workflows.
- β’Executive Sense & Support: Serve as a reliable backbone for management. Stay aligned with leadership's focus and priorities, proactively tackling workplace challenges with a "get-things-done" mindset.
- β’Property & Facilities Management: Act as the primary liaison for building management, office renovations, and external vendors. Take charge of space planning, asset management, and vendor lease negotiations.
- β’Corporate Travel & Mobility: Oversee global corporate travel arrangements (including corporate airline/hotel corporate rates, travel policy management, visa applications, and relocation support for executives and international team members).
- β’Vibrant Event Planning: Lead the team in conceptualizing and executing high-impact internal and corporate events, such as Global Town Halls, festive parties, team-building activities, and VIP guest hosting.
- β’Security & Workspace Operations: Oversee office security protocols, access card controls, and procurement processes to ensure a highly secure, comfortable, and smoothly-run international work environment.

Requirements
- β’Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in Office Administration, Facilities, or Corporate Services, including at least 1β2 years of hands-on team management or supervisory experience (experience in fast-paced Tech, Fintech, or multinational environments is a major plus).
- β’Comprehensive Scope: Solid experience across all key pillars of the role: Property/Facilities, Corporate Travel, Large-Scale Events, and Daily Admin Operations.
- β’Language Proficiency: Strong professional communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) to collaborate smoothly with international stakeholders.
