Truv is seeking a Lead Product Manager for their Data Sources platform to enhance data verification processes. This remote full-time role offers a salary between $161,000 and $253,000. About Truv: Truv is building the infrastructure layer that powers consumer-permissioned income, employment, identity, and asset verification. We help lenders, fintechs, and financial institutions make faster, more accurate decisions while delivering a seamless consumer experience. As we continue to expand our data network and verification capabilities, we're looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and scale our Data Sources platform—the foundation that powers document ingestion, fraud detection, bank connectivity, and data reliability across Truv products.
What you’ll do
- •Own the execution of the roadmap for systems that collect, process, and validate consumer financial data.
- •Build scalable capabilities that improve data coverage, quality, reliability, and trust across Truv's platform.
- •Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Operations, Customer Success, and GTM teams to deliver impactful products.

- •Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Operations, Customer Success, GTM).
- •Deep understanding of data ingestion, processing, validation, quality, and reliability.
- •Ability to translate complex data requirements into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- •Proven experience as a product manager for data platforms or data sources, with ownership of end-to-end delivery.
- •Experience coordinating with data engineering, ML, and fraud risk teams.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
- •Ability to define success metrics and track progress against them.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- •5+ years of product management experience in data-intensive environments.
- •Experience with data ingestion, data quality frameworks, data lineage, and data reliability concepts.
