Overview
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to manage the legal support of the company, including contract work, compliance, licensing, and legal support for employees and the business.
What you'll do
- •Prepare, review, and support contracts with PSPs, payment providers, game providers, aggregators, SaaS providers, B2B, and affiliate partners.
- •Work with contracts for fiat and crypto payments.
- •Prepare NDAs, DPAs, amendments, terminations, and other legal documents.
- •Provide legal support for onboarding new PSPs and interact with their legal/compliance teams.
- •Prepare and update AML/KYC policies, Risk Assessments, and other compliance documents.
- •Develop and update Terms & Conditions, Bonus Rules, Responsible Gaming Policy, Privacy Policy, Geo-restrictions, and disclaimers.
- •Conduct legal reviews of new products, bonus mechanics, marketing activities, and affiliate tools.
- •Support licensing in Anjouan through agents.
- •Prepare corporate documents: UBO, resolutions, Power of Attorney, etc.
- •Work with banks, EMIs, and other financial organizations.
- •Prepare service contracts for employees and contractors.
- •Prepare NDAs for employees.
- •Handle existing state contracts: changes, amendments, terminations, and other HR legal issues.
- •Develop regulations for the preparation, approval, and signing of contracts within the company.
- •Create a unified process for storing and accounting for contractual documentation.
- •Develop internal legal regulations, policies, and instructions.
- •Advise management and teams on current legal issues.
- •Assess legal risks of business and product decisions.
- •Interact with external lawyers, consultants, licensing agents, and counterparties.
