We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to support corporate legal matters, manage legal documentation, and contribute to efficient legal processes.
What you'll do
- •Drafting, legal review, and analysis of different kinds of agreements upon request;
- •Provision of information/documents upon request;
- •Maintaining and regularly updating legal information related to the projects;
- •Updating personal and corporate documents for the companies and their UBOs on a quarterly basis;
- •Maintaining and updating corporate structure charts and ownership structures of companies, including information on UBOs;
- •Filling out and/or checking of various forms for the companies and their UBOs upon request;
- •Organization of signature process for various forms and other documents upon request;
- •Communication with service providers on a permanent basis;
- •Assistance to colleagues from other departments on various legal issues.
