What you'll do
- •Manage the Company's litigation portfolio, including employment litigation, consumer, commercial, regulatory, and player disputes
- •Develop and implement litigation and settlement strategies aligned with business objectives
- •Supervise external law firms, review legal work, monitor deadlines, budgets and performance
- •Assess litigation risks, prepare legal opinions and support contingency and provision assessments
- •Coordinate the resolution of player and consumer complaints and administrative proceedings before regulatory authorities
- •Advise internal stakeholders on litigation risks and legal developments affecting the gaming and betting business
- •Prepare litigation reports, analyze litigation trends and recommend measures to reduce legal exposure and prevent future disputes
- •Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, Customer Support and Operations to support the Company's regulated gaming operations in Brazil
