- •Identify usability issues and proactively suggest UI/UX improvements.
- •Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Account Managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and quality expectations.
- •Report, verify, and re-test defects following QA best practices and internal processes.
- •Maintain and update the internal QA knowledge base.
- •Follow internal QA processes, standards, and company policies.
- •Research new QA tools, technologies, and testing approaches to improve team efficiency.
