Responsibilities

  • •Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb.
  • •Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
  • •Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.
  • •Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.
  • •Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform.
  • •Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
  • •Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.

Conditions

  • •Base pay range: $88,000 — $103,000 USD.
  • •This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
  • •2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
  • •Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • •Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
  • •Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
  • •Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly working with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • •Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • •Fluency in Spanish (nice to have).
