What you'll do
- •Own the end-to-end market strategy for assigned territories.
- •Manage a book of business consisting of assigned managed accounts.
- •Own and deliver against key supply KPIs.
- •Translate regional and country-level strategy into localized plans.
- •Identify structural supply constraints and design solutions.
- •Monitor and analyze market health indicators.
- •Implement and scale acquisition and optimization programs.
- •Design and operationalize repeatable playbooks.
- •Operate in close partnership with the Senior Market Manager.
- •Influence cross-functional stakeholders to unblock key initiatives.
- •Maintain predictability and accountability by tracking performance.
Conditions
- •Base pay range: R$14.000 — R$17.500 BRL monthly.
- •Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
