Responsibilities

  • โ€ขBuild and manage partner relationships within assigned territory
  • โ€ขDirectly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals
  • โ€ขAnalyze data and utilize data-driven recommendations to identify and action on strategic opportunities in your region to drive increase in sales
  • โ€ขProspect and onboard new, high quality supply in your assigned geography
  • โ€ขMaintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners so that you can provide the right support to your clients
  • โ€ขRepresent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts and at industry conferences in your market
  • โ€ขEducate clients on all significant product changes, and cascade feedback on product and policy to the relevant internal stakeholders
  • โ€ขHold regular optimization calls and business reviews with your partners
  • โ€ขDevelop strong and long lasting partnerships
  • โ€ขDevelop deep knowledge of your assigned geographic markets and become the go-to source for all information relating to local trends and market dynamics for internal and external partners
  • โ€ขRespond to and deliver exceptional service to your professional hosts in a timely and efficient manner, occasionally traveling to your market to provide in-person support and guidance
  • โ€ขWork cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy and customer support teams to ensure our long-term market success.

Conditions

  • โ€ขBase pay range: $60,000 โ€” $75,000 MXN monthly
  • โ€ขRole may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Requirements

  • โ€ข6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
  • โ€ขFluency in English required; special consideration for bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese
  • โ€ข2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus
  • โ€ขProven track record of effectively working a leads pipeline and a book of business
  • โ€ขProficient quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret and apply data
  • โ€ขAbility to work at both strategic and tactical levels
  • โ€ขProven experience working cross-functionally
  • โ€ขExcellent communication and presentation skills
  • โ€ขCharismatic self-starter who is resourceful and self-sufficient
  • โ€ขHighly proficient in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce experience is a plus
  • โ€ขBased in Mexico, and must be willing to regularly travel to your assigned territory.
