Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or manifests; document and report any discrepancies or damage. Safely unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Organize and maintain the warehouse area, including shelving, labeling, inventory locations, and optimizing space utilization. Pull, stage, and prepare materials for construction, installation, or distribution teams. Perform cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and support inventory reconciliation. Ensure proper handling, packaging, and protection of sensitive/high-value equipment. Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, hazardous material handling (if applicable), and equipment operation standards. Assist with shipping, returns, and reverse logistics as needed. Collaborate with logistics, facilities, and construction teams to support aggressive project timelines. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Must be open to working either day shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or night shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM), Monday–Friday with weekends included when needed to support 24/7 project demands. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) regularly and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment that may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust. Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
