Middle AI Software Engineer (C++/Python)

Seeking a Middle AI Software Engineer (C++/Python) for AI infrastructure development in an HFT fund, offering a salary of 144-216k USD/year plus profit sharing and unlimited token budget.

• •Full-fledged HFT tasks with agents as multipliers. Connecting new exchanges, engineering research of exchange infrastructure, optimizing latencies.
• •Building agent workflows. Assembling pipelines where agents decompose tasks, analyze tasks, and verify each other's results.
• •Developing internal agent tooling. Agent rules and instructions tailored to our codebase, custom tools for agents, MCP servers, evaluations.
• •Integrating LLM into services where justified.
