Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis, understanding of HR processes, and proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.

• •At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• •Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, verifying, and agreeing on requirements.
• •Understanding of key HR processes: onboarding; employee training; personnel evaluation; internal recruiting.
• •Proficient in User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• •Experience in describing business processes and working with BPMN at a basic level.
• •Skill in conducting interviews with non-technical stakeholders.
• •Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• •A plus: Experience with HRM, LMS, or corporate Knowledge Base systems.
• •Experience in developing internal corporate products.
• •Understanding of a product approach to development.
