- •Experience in Agile teams - Scrum, sprints, daily stand-ups.
- •Experience leading a development team of 3+ people.
- •Experience working in a remote team.
- •English proficiency for reading technical documentation.
- •Knowledge of Python.
- •Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ, JMS).
- •Experience with monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, pgWatch.
- •Experience with Redis.
- •Experience with k8s, docker.
