Middle / Middle+ Business Development Manager

Join Web Design Sun as a Middle Business Development Manager. Drive sales, manage client relationships, and leverage AI tools in a fully remote role with a competitive salary and growth opportunities. We are a fully remote IT agency (founded in 2012, ~60 people) with an AI-forward approach.

• •Drive the Pre-sale Process: Manage the full sales cycle from the first intro call/warm lead to contract signing (Short-term Project Delivery & Long-term Tech Partnerships).
• •Lead Generation Synergy: Work closely with the Lead Gen team to direct LinkedIn/Upwork prospecting; you won't just wait for leads, you will actively guide the strategy.
• •Client Qualification: Gather requirements efficiently without overloading clients with long questionnaires, and offer flexible solutions even when estimates exceed the initial budget.
• •Cross-team Coordination: Collaborate with BA, Design, and Tech teams to prepare initial/final estimates and smoothly hand over won projects to the PM.
• •Strategic Sales Focus: Sell Web Applications (React, Node, Python), AI/ML projects, and 6+ month Team Extension (Outstaff) contracts.
• •AI Integration: Actively apply AI tools in your daily workflows to speed up processes, analyze requirements, and draft proposals.
• •Global Communication: Maintain fast, proactive communication with international clients, adapting to US, Canadian, and European time zones.

• •Fully remote, full-time position.

• •Base salary: $800–1000 + uncapped commission (5–8%).
• •Trial period compensation: $1300–1500 subject to activity benchmarks.
