Overview

BIX TEAM is looking for a Middle / Middle+ Game Designer to enhance core gameplay for their mobile multiplayer shooter, WELTKRIEG 1: Firestorm, set in World War I. BIX TEAM is actively developing WELTKRIEG 1: Firestorm and is currently strengthening the Core Gameplay direction.

What you'll do

  • •Develop and improve core gameplay: shooting, controls, combat pace, collision readability, and overall gaming experience.
  • •Balance weapons, classes, vehicles, and other game entities.
  • •Work on rules, pace, and balance of game modes.
  • •Participate in polishing PvP maps: player routes, cover spots, collision density, problematic positions, and space readability.
  • •Prepare and maintain game documentation (GDD).
  • •Support the implementation of game mechanics with developers.
  • •Formulate test cases, analyze testing results, and game feedback.
  • •Collaborate with QA, analytics, and other team members for continuous gameplay improvement.
